RETURN AND REFUND POLICY – MIKITA’S

At Mikita's, each product is made especially for you at the time you place your order. Therefore, we do not carry stock or accept standard returns. We want you to have all the information you need before your purchase, so here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions:

📅 Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for changes of mind, errors in size or color, or if you simply decide you no longer want it.

🧵 What if my product arrives with a defect or is not what I ordered?
In that case, you can contact us to request a review. We accept claims for:

Damaged items

Defective products

Order errors (e.g., wrong design or size sent)

Please email us within 30 days of delivery at mikitaboxinfo@gmail.com, including:

Order number

Clear photos of the problem

Detailed description

Once we review your case, we'll confirm whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

📦 Do I have to return the product?
No. In most cases, you won't need to return the product. We'll provide instructions if necessary, but we don't process physical returns by default.

🔁 Can I exchange my size?
No. Since products are made to order, we cannot exchange sizes or styles once the order has been placed. Therefore, we recommend consulting the size guide before purchasing.

❌ Which items cannot be returned?
We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

Customized or custom-made products

Items on sale

Gift cards

🇪🇺 What about the right of withdrawal in the EU?
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products, such as those we offer at Mikita's.

💰 When will I receive my refund if it's approved?
If your claim is approved, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
