SHIPPING POLICY

At Mikita’s, all our products are made especially for you on demand. This means we start producing your order once the payment is confirmed, helping us reduce waste and offer you truly unique items.

📦 Production
Production time may vary depending on the item. In general, orders are made within 2 to 7 business days before being shipped.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Times
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped from the fulfillment center closest to you to help minimize delivery times. Below are the estimated timeframes:

Europe: 3–9 business days
North America: 5–12 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors (weather, customs, etc.).

🌍 Shipping Zones
We currently ship to most countries in Europe and North America. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us at mikitaboxinfo@gmail.com before placing your order.

❗ Important Notes
Mikita’s is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (courier services, customs, etc.).

Please make sure to enter your address correctly when placing the order. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the product.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped to Switzerland, and in some cases, to the United States (US) may be subject to additional duties or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the final price or shipping cost.

We recommend consulting with your local customs office if you have any questions before placing your order:

Note: Orders to the United Kingdom and Canada include all duties and taxes in the final checkout price.
