RETURN & REFUND POLICY – MIKITA’S
At Mikita’s, every product is made especially for you once your order is placed. That means we don’t keep items in stock and we don’t offer standard returns. We want everything to be clear before you buy, so here are the answers to the most common questions:
📅 Can I return a product if I change my mind?
No. Since our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing or color selection, or if you simply no longer want the item.
🧵 What if my item arrives damaged or is not what I ordered?
In that case, yes—you can contact us for a review. We accept claims for the following:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Order mistakes (e.g. wrong design or size sent)
Please email us within 30 days of delivery at mikitaboxinfo@gmail.com including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A detailed description
We’ll review your case and confirm whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
📦 Do I need to return the product?
No. In most cases, returns are not required. If needed, we’ll provide instructions, but by default we don’t process physical returns.
🔁 Can I exchange an item for a different size?
No. As our products are made to order, we cannot accept size or model exchanges once the order is placed. Please consult the size guide carefully before purchasing.
❌ Which items are non-returnable?
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Discounted or sale items
- Gift cards
🇪🇺 What about the right of withdrawal in the EU?
EU customers are entitled to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to made-to-order or personalized products, like those offered by Mikita’s.
💰 When will I receive my refund if approved?
If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
