SHIPPING POLICY

At Mikita's, all our products are made specifically for you on demand. This means we begin producing your order once payment is confirmed, allowing us to reduce waste and offer you unique products.

📦 Production

Processing time for each order may vary depending on the product. Orders are generally processed within 2 to 7 business days before shipping.

🚚 Shipping and delivery times

Once your order is produced, it is shipped from the nearest fulfillment center, which reduces delivery times.

Approximate delivery times are:

  • Europe: 3–9 business days

  • North America: 5–12 business days

  • Chile: 8–14 business days

  • Brazil: 3–5 business days

  • Mexico: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external conditions (weather, customs, etc.).

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped to Chile (CL), Brazil (BR), Mexico (MX), and, in some cases, to the United States (US) may be subject to additional duties or import taxes upon delivery.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the final product price or shipping cost.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions before placing your order.

We currently ship to most countries in Europe, North America, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. If you have questions about whether we ship to your country, please contact us at mikitaboxinfo@gmail.com before placing your order.

  • Please make sure you enter your address correctly when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
